Join Nancy Daly and Rochelle Edwards for an evening of Vietnamese Cuisine. This lovely, exotic and flavorful evening will include a sampling of many of the traditional delicacies from Vietnam using contemporary methods of cooking and preparation to create a feast for the eyes, palate and soul. Participants will be invited to participate in the preparation of the meal and will be given copies of the recipes to take home and recreate for their families.
