REVIEW: I am a huge fan of Heather at Lash Out Loud and followed her here for my lash extensions fills. When I say I followed her, I literally cyberstalked her to find out where she was working because after she switched locations, I could not find anybody else who could give me the dramatic full lashes she could! Heather is meticulous with the best attention to detail I've seen in lash salons and put my first set on about 6 months ago. She was able to turn my long yet whispy lashes into thick, dramatic lashes. My mascara? Yeah, in the garbage. Buh-bye mascara, your job has been terminated!
