Rachel Rettman, MBA, Certified Pilates Instructor and Nutritionist will guide you through exercises on the Pilates reformer in an up to 4 person class. Suitable for all fintess levels. Sculpt long, lean muscles and enjoy the benefits of effective resistance training in a relaxing environment. Auction winner will have the chance to purchase group classes, private fitness training, and/or nutrition packages at a sizeable discount off of the regular price for self and/or as a gift. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign liability release waiver, get class equipment set up, and ask any workout-related questions.
