Includes a certificate of authenticity.  Winning bidders located outside of McLean, VA shall be responsible for shipping and handling fees of this item from McLean to winning bidder‘s location.  Item may be shipped at standard industry rates via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service, at Chesterbrook PTA‘s discretion.  Such fees will be added to the winning bid amount when the auction closes.
