Take a journey to Oz like you never have before, with the complete 1939 classic shown on huge screens in-house and on the lawn and the full score played live by the NSO.  

Often considered one of the greatest films of all time, the original 1939 classic was nominated for 5 Academy Awards, and won Best Original Score and Best Original Song (“Over the Rainbow”)

Music and lyrics were created by Harold Arlen and E.Y. "Yip" Harburg. Herbert Stothart composed the instrumental underscore.
