April 15, 2012:  Classical: Bruckner, Beethoven & More

April 28 & 29, 2012 - Vision:  The Music of Queen


Classic rock meets symphony orchestra at this amazing tribute to the music of the legendary band Queen. The musicians of the PSO and USM Chamber Choir provide the power and harmony for a full rock concert experience of groundbreaking hits like We Are the ChampionsUnder PressureBohemian Rhapsody and many more. We will rock you!


May 5 & 8, 2012:  Classical: Kotzschmar Centennial Celebration


The PSO dedicates the season’s final concerts to honoring the mighty Kotzschmar Organ, truly one of the great treasures of our city, in its centennial year. Toward the Splendid City is an “On the Town”-like celebration, festive and brassy, leading into the spectacular brilliance and breathtaking virtuosity that characterize the Organ Symphony. An appropriately powerful program for such a powerful instrument!
