This certificate is valid for one loaf of the bread of your choice each month for a year from Big Sky Bread Company. It is redeemable at both of their locations:  the main bakery at the Fire House, located at 536 Deering Ave in Woodsfords Corner or the Public Market House, 28 Monument Sq. in Portland.

They begin each day milling the world's finest organic wheat berries into flour right inside the bakery. Using a stone mill, they produce the whole wheat flour used in their breads and sweets. Using all natural ingredients, all of their products are baked from scratch.
