• Hi-Def Sweet Red 2009 - Dornfelder Mosel Qualitaetswein (Germany - 2 bottles): At last a slightly sweet red that's light and juicy, balanced and bright, of a modest 9.5% alcohol and whose flavors and scents are all seamlessly integrated. The nose has a slight white peppery spice and a breadth of fruit.
  
  100% Dornfelder.  Very light and lean. Nice dark berry fruit. Still juicy while not getting sticky on the palate. Serve nicely chilled and this wine is very pleasing.
