- A pair of EPHS 2012 Prom Tickets (value $130) as well as a t-shirt and party "favor" (value $15).
- A Special Occasion Style with Annie at Future Concepts Studio + Spa in Eden Prairie (value $60). Expires June 2012.
- NEW!! One Corsage & one Boutonniere from Belladonna Florist in Eden Prairie (value $42). Prom-goers can choose colors of flowers!
Prom this year is May 12, 2012 and is located at the DoubleTree in Bloomington. Doors open at 6pm and dinner is served at 7pm. Prom includes a plated dinner, free photo booth, photographer for additional cost, and a dance.
Students using these Prom Tickets MUST be EPHS juniors or seniors. They need to show a valid ID when picking up their tickets when they go on sale. The winner of this item will use the certificate they receive to “purchase” their tickets when Prom tickets go on sale.

Special Instructions
- Students using these Prom Tickets MUST be EPHS juniors or seniors.
- Students must show a valid ID when picking up their tickets when they go on sale.
- The winner of this item will use the certificate they receive to “purchase” their tickets when Prom tickets go on sale.
- Only seniors can bring guests that are not from EPHS.
- A Junior or senior can bring an EPHS sophomore or freshman.
- If students are bringing a guest who is not from EPHS, they must follow the school procedure (i.e. fill out application from Activities Office) and the guest must provide a valid ID or copy to show when picking up the tickets that will match the ID used when entering Prom night.
- Tickets and valid student ID’s must be brought to prom that night.
