Description

This limited edition, framed Upper Deck Collectibles 16x22" print of Donovan McNabb is numbered 35/250. It was taken when McNabb was a Philadephia Eagle (1999-2009).

McNabb is currently a free agent. He was the Philadelphia Eagles' quarterback from 1999 to 2009 and spent the 2010 season with the Washington Redskins and a portion of the 2011 season with the Minnesota Vikings.

McNabb led the Eagles to four consecutive NFC East division championships (2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004) and Super Bowl XXXIX in which the Eagles lost to New Egland. McNabb is the Eagles' all-time leader in career wins, pass attempts, pass completions, passing yards and passing touchdowns.

McNabb had a short stint with the Vikings from Jul-Dec 2011. He was traded to the Vikings from Washington and had been rumored as a possible addition to the Vikings, in part due to his relationship with then-coach Brad Childress, the former Eagles Offensive Coordinator. Vikings punter Chris Kluwe agreed to give McNabb his #5 jersey, in exchange for a $5,000 donation to Kick for a Cure, McNabb to promote Kluwe's band "Tripping Icarus" during a press conference, and an ice cream cone.

In Oct 2011, it was announced that McNabb would no longer be the starting quarterback for the Vikings and in Dec he requested and was granted his release from the team. The Chicago Bears expressed interest in McNabb but it was ultimately decided it was too late in the season as it would be tough to grasp their offense in the short amount of time.
