Corrado Russo, recently featured on the cover of Southwest Metro Magazine with his Lobster Linquine dish, was born and raised in Sorrento, Italy and has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years. He has worked at some of the finest Italian eateries in the country and in Italy. Corrado learned to cook from his Grandfather and mother, watching them and helping out in the kitchen from the age of 9.

Corrado's Authentic Italian Cooking can be tasted only through private dinner parties and private events. You are bidding on a 4-course meal for 4 people cooked in the privacy of your home with a selection of:

• Appetizers


• One pasta dish (Chef Corrado will give you an array of selections to choose from)


• Main dish of either beef, fish or chicken


• Delicious dessert of either Fruit Flambe or Chocolate Lava Cake

Chef Corrado is also fluent in Italian (of course) so he welcomes you to try out your Italian!
