Simply select your travel dates and make your reservations by calling our reservations number and providing them with the information on your certificate. You must use your passes by the expiry date. If the passes expire before you can use them, Southwest can issue a one-time replacement for a fee of $50 per pass (the re-issue fee is subject to change at any time).
