The Morel family has farmed at this estate since 1924. Domaine de Ballade is in Gascony, the heart of Armagnac country. The family has a commitment to natural, sustainable farming methods, and is personally involved in the day-to-day vineyard maintenance of the property.  This region lies at the intersection of the Lot and Garonne rivers and has a mild ocean-influenced climate that tends to produce wines of lightness and vibrancy.  The Wine is a blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Colombard for a fresh and lively dry white wine with an incredible balance between minerality and acidity. The nose is fresh with fragrances of lemon curd and white flowers, and its flavor profile is dominated by shimmering creamy citrus notes, crisp acidity and a cleansing finish.
