Boot Camps are three part classes designed by Nicole that include 1 part cardio, 1 part strength and 1 part core training along with flexibility training. This total body workout will challenge you throughout the entire 60 minutes. Boot camps and Tri Fit are performed inside and outside. We meet 5 days a week at 10am and 5:30pm and on Saturday mornings at 10am.
Vinyasa yoga is some of the most active and invigorating yoga you can practice. The school of thought places particular emphasis on the coordination of breathing and movement, and its original founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois has long been associated with eclectic and original approaches to the eight limbs of yoga.
