Johnny Pepperoni has the traditional round and square pies as well as sophisticated combinations like prosciutto and arugula, mushroom and fontina. Devised by Avoletta, the menu also has appetizers like bruschetta and fritto misto, an array of salads from antipasti to seafood, pasta dishes, and entrees covering classic italian dishes. “We want to sell a ton of pizza,” said Avoletta, “but we want to be known for everything.”
