Red Bridge Homes builds luxurious, modern homes in prime Hoboken locations. Our particular focus is larger residences, often of three bedrooms or more, with outdoor space and superior soundproofing. The majority of our units are sold pre-construction giving buyers the opportunity to customize finishes, fixtures and even floor layouts in their new homes.
This certificate entitles you to a “handy man for the day”.
Red Bridge Homes will send their top carpenter to your home to help you with an array of assistance that every homeowner needs including:
Carpentry
Painting and plastering
Tile Work
Hanging artwork
Building shelves for storage and more
Special Instructions
Hoboken only. At least a weeks notice is needed and is based on availability. All supplies must be provided by winning bidder and must be at the house when the handy man arrives. If you need him to get the supplies, that will be part of the day itself and you must pay for all supplies needed. A day begins at 8:00am and lasts until 4:00pm with an hour lunch. Any overtime or additional projects are an additional expense incurred by bidder.
This certificate expires one year from the event or 3/13/2013
If item cannot be picked up in person, bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via FedEx and billed at standard industry rates.
