This sublime collection includes two cookbooks, Tapas Deck: 50 Little Dishes that Capture the Essence of Spanish Cooking and Culinaria Spain, various food items, a Gypsy Kings CD, a garlic press and measuring cups, a pitcher and four wine glasses from Crate and Barrel — perfect for sangria — a bottle of Rioja, a paella pan from Copper Kettles (located on Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ), and a gift certificate for an authentic paella dinner for four, prepared by Cristobal Mayendia, a native of Spain and an Hola parent. The top bidder will get either:

One cooking class to learn how to make your own authentic Spanish paella;

OR

One authentic Spanish paella for four, cooked and delivered for a special evening meal.

Chef Cristobal will consult with you in advance on seafood/meat preferences and purchase all ingredients, generously donated from Fresh Direct (up to $50 value). Meal or class will take place in the chef's kitchen in Hoboken. Paella cooking class can be conducted in Spanish if the winner desires and a glass of Rioja will be provided!

Dinner delivery must be within 5 miles of Hoboken.

Winner will contact the Chef and arrange a day and time when both parties are available.
