"I haven't eaten real pizza in 2.5 years since being diagnosed with celiac. I've tried a few gluten free pizzas which are largely disappointing (Pizzeria Uno's is awful), with the "best" being at Yankee Stadium, if you can believe that. Several weeks ago I saw a sign in Napoli's window saying they now sell gluten free pizza, so last night I decided to try it.

I ordered a personal cheese pizza (not Margherita, which is the other option) for takeout, and had to wait 15 minutes, which I'm used to because they have to cook it separately. When she brought it out it looked and smelled delicious and I couldn't wait to get it home. When I finally tried it, I wasn't disappointed. Gluten free pizza is never going to be quite like regular pizza - the crust tastes a little different and isn't as crispy - but this is the closest I've ever tasted and it was DELICIOUS. The sauce/cheese was fantastic and the crust was as good as I could hope for. It was more crispy around the edges so I did eat all of that.

Overall I am thrilled to not only have an option for when I'm craving pizza, but to have one that's genuinely good and not a sub-par imitation that falls far short, which is what I've experienced in the past. I think next time I'll stay and eat it there, so it will be just that much hotter and crispier. Thank you Napoli's!"
