On a Saturday night, Erica Foster will come to your home to prepare and serve the gourmet, from-scratch menu of your choice. All menus are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

THE MENUS

Japanese: miso soup, tossed green salad with ginger sesame dressing, vegetable tempura, teriaki chicken, steamed rice, assorted Japanese pickles, green tea.

Thai: chicken in coconut milk soup, green papaya salad, ginger chicken, panaeng curry (pork, tofu or chicken), steamed rice, Thai steamed banana cake, Thai bubble tea.

Western: baked brie and apricot preserves with homemade bread, cream of butternut squash soup, mandarin orange green salad with candied pecans, chicken marbella, steamed rice, pecan pie a'la mode.

High Tea Party (for up to 20 guests): assorted tea sandwiches, cream scones served with jam and faux clotted cream, lemon curd tartlettes, French chocolate silk pie in oreo cookie crust, assorted hot teas.

Marbella's at Home: home baked bread/cheese platter, parmesan baked onions, tossed salad, hand-made pasta with bolognese, a variety of homemade artisan pizzas (e.g., four cheese, chicken apricot gogonzola, roasted vegetable).
