Aikido is a non-violent Japanese martial art based on harmonizing with the attacker to resolve conflict peacefully. Through cooperative, non-competitive training, you will gain an understanding of how to get along with others and resolve conflict in a humane way. Body awareness, coordination and concentration will improve your perfomance in everything, from sports to schoolwork.
