Big and beautiful! A large painting by local artist Karen LaValley, approximately 47 x 32" in size. Karen prefers to paint from life in all its manifestations whether it be from a landscape or a figure. Her paintings reflect not only the image viewed but also the emotion it evokes. Reared in Springfield, Ohio within a theatrical family gave Karen a taste for the dramatic which expresses itself in bold brushstrokes and color choices. She can often be found painting at Hoover Reservoir in Westerville or at a sunflower farm in Pickerington.
