Patrick Martins is the founder of Slow Food USA, Heritage Foods USA, and the Heritage Radio Network. Patrick received a Master's Degree in Performance Studies at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. After the establishment of Slow Food USA in 2000, Patrick took another step in his passion for local foods and founded Heritage Foods USA in 2002.
