Hailed as the greatest American musical by numerous critics and writers, Gypsy follows the dreams and efforts of "the ultimate show business mother" as she grooms her daughters for a career on the stage. With popular standards including "Everything's Coming up Roses," "Some People" and "You Gotta Get a Gimmick", this musical offers a comedic but raw glimpse into the worlds of vaudeville and burlesque in the 1920's. From the same author-lyricist team as West Side Story, Gypsy lives up to the title of one of its standout numbers: "Let Me Entertain You".
