ARC is offering a HERS Certified Comprehensive Home Energy Audit which consists of a full home energy use analysis.

This includes:

Thermal imaging, Air Leakage/Blower Door Testing, A Detailed Report of Findings and Recommended Home Improvements

Up to 30% of a home's energy annual bill is wasted due to inefficiency and, as temperatures drop, monthly energy bills increase.  A home energy audit provides the information you need to: lower you energy bills, make your home a more comfortable and healthy place to live, and reduce you impact on the environment.  By identifying where your home is wasting energy, we are able to provide a detailed report of the steps necessary to make it more efficient.

A professional home energy audit can cost anywhere from $400 to several thousand depending on the home.  The services we will provide with this assessment package are valued at approximately $600.
