Stewart Woodman and his wife Heidi opened Heidi’s Minneapolis in October 2007, which quickly became a jewel of Twin Cities dining, earning local and national accolades. After a devastating fire took their first location in February 2010, the couple is re-imagining their restaurant for their new space in Minneapolis’ Lyn-Lake neighborhood.

Stewart is the ringleader of Shefzilla, a food blog, and authored his first cookbook, Shefzilla: Conquering Haute Cuisine at Home, published by Borealis Books in October 2010.
