Claire is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Spinning instructor. She has been training people since 2005. Claire enjoys cycling, trail running, swimming, triathlons, and functional weight training. Because of her diverse interests, she understands the need to tailor each individual's exercise program not only to their goals, but also to their interests.
