CDS parents Sergio & Liz Martinez (Alex M., Leaping Lizards), chef de cuisine of Bi-Rite catering and manager of Bi-Rite Market, will prepare a meal for us in the warm, intimate 18 Reasons space. As we enjoy the delectable food created by these expert chefs, they will educate us about how to pair wine with different foods. In the best tradition of a CDS education, we will learn through doing.
