Book a sitter, make an early reservation at Cotogna, and afterwards join CDS parents Tracey & Dante Briones (Nina & Zoey, Teddy Bears & Leaping Lizards) in a wine tasting evening at Barrique, San Francisco’s best wine bar. A barrique is the barrel used to age the wine, and Tom Capo, Barrique’s sommelier, negotiates directly with producers to obtain the barrels of interesting small production wines that line Barrique’s east wall.
