One glance at this menu will tell you that you will be in the hands of true aficionados of Spanish food. The centerpiece of this spectacular meal will be a Valencia-style Paella, cooked with fresh ingredients on an authentic Spanish paellera & butano in the back yard. (You believe us about the aficionado part now, don’t you?) Appetizers will include Spanish cheeses and sausages along with some light vegetables. Dessert will be a Tarte de Santiago (Almond Cake). Each course will be paired with Spanish wines, including white Albarinos and red wines from the Toro and Ribera del Duero regions. Desserts will be accompanied with Port and Sherry de Jerez.
