The party includes:
- An author visit and reading with Dana Solano.
- A signed copy of the hardback graphic novel ($16.95) Apricot Brown: Miss Undefinable for each girl.
- Apricot Brown “Undefinable Me” workshop: Girls will ignite self awareness and celebrate individuality by creating an A.K.A ( also known as) identity by way of language arts and fashion via Apricot Brown’s portable closet while grooving to girl-power beats with Apricot Brown dj: DJ Kamala.
Authoress will need a space to host reading, set up AB’s portable closet and for DJ Kamala’s DJ equipment. We can come to your house or event location.
Cool facts: Apricot Brown workshops have been used in public and private schools, girl empowerment and diversity organizations and the NYC library system. The School Library Journal says: “Apricot Brown characters are inspiring children to get to know the ‘real’ them – on the inside – through diversity.”

If unable to pick up item(s), shipping and handling charges will be charged by bidder's credit card and items will be mailed at bidder's own risk. Items will be mailed out beginning the week of June 4.
