Time to Celebrate: Hosted by Gate Hill Day Camp, Stony Point, NY (one hour north of NYC).
Come celebrate with us! Whether it's a birthday, graduation, holiday, end of year event, mega play date or just for fun - we've got you covered. Gate Hill has designed an exciting way to spend 2 hours at camp playing and celebrating. Dates are available from April 1 - June 1 and from August 20 - November 1 (availability may vary). (May also be used on Chancellor's Day, June 7th! Why not gather your class together for a fun outing!) Here's what your prize will include:
- 2 hours to celebrate at Gate Hill Day Camp and use of our kid-friendly facility
- An event for up to 25 kids (we can happily accommodate more, please call for details) that includes: 1 Activities Leader and 2 Party Assistants (a minimum of 2 parent chaperones are required to be present for the function).
- Ages of partygoers can be from 3-13 years old
- Pizza and beverages for the kids (parents are responsible for supplying cake or dessert, and any decorations desired.)
- Design an event to suit you and your guests with these ideas: Ball sports (ga-ga, softball, basketball), Wacky Relays, Air Castle Madness, Arts and Crafts, Camp Games, Splash Park (seasonal)
- Goody bags on departure!
Gate Hill Day Camp is located in Stony Point, NY, one hour north of NYC.
Special Instructions
Due to the high demand for birthday parties and their restricted availability, we are regretfully limiting the eligibility of this prize to families that have not previously won a birthday party package.
Item(s) must be picked up in person at PS 11 (320 West 21st Street, New York City) between Wednesday, May 23 and Wednesday, May 30. If unable to pick up item(s), shipping and handling charges will be charged to bidder's credit card and items will be mailed at bidder's own risk. Items will be mailed out beginning the week of June 4, 2012.
