Some guys make great dates for a night out at the theater, and some… not so much.   Guy who insisted on bringing the aromatic Chinese leftovers from dinner into the theater, Guy whose cell phone rang—swore he turned it off—and it rang again….are all examples of the latter.  But, PH has found you the perfect date in Director of New Play Development Adam Greenfield.  Adam will choose the play, and you two can discuss the highlights over dessert and coffee afterward.  Adam has led the development of new PH plays for the past five years, and previously worked at La Jolla Rep in California and Empty Space in Seattle. Writers sing his praises as the most experienced and effective of dramaturges. Most recently he directed the premieres of Courtney Baron’s Eat Your Heart Out for the 2012 Humana Festival at Actors Theater of Louisville and Madeleine George’s The Zero Hour for 13P. If only every date came with this sort of guarantee.
