The following was taken from WickedLocal.com:
Lorelei Lotvin, Hopkinton resident, started making and selling lamp bead jewelry 20 years ago while a student at UC Berkeley. "I worked for a glass blower and apprenticed with a lamp worker and learned my craft," she said. "I turn beads into jewelry using natural stones, sterling silver and crystal. I melt glass over a torch and incorporate different colors of glass and create beads. I also sell just beads so people can string and make their own jewelry."
