Silver Cluster has worked together to make a beautiful decorative
light out of a bicycle rim, beads, melted plastic cups, wire, rope
lights and a lot of creativity. Each student contributed to the
project by collectively beading long strands of wire that we hung from the bike rim. Included in the strands are abstract melted plastic cups inspired by their class focus on Martin Luther King's "I Had A Dream" vision.  Students wrote their own dreams and wishes for the world on plastic cups that we then melted in a "shrinky dink" fashion transforming them to colorful shapes and meaningful sentiments. Our unique art piece is illuminated with rope lights and creates a sparkly hanging light great for a your patio, home or bedroom!
