Beverage, service, additional rental equipment, decoration, entertainment, and delivery are additional. Waiters billed a four hour minimum, $174. Available for pickup or delivry, date subject to Design Cuisine availability. May not be redeemable during peak holiday seasons. Date, menu, and location to be mutually agreed upon by Design Cuisine and recipient. Three weeks notice requested.
