Pisticci is the name of a tiny hill town in the Basilicata where our family is from. As in any small Italian town, everything you find on tables there is made entirely from scratch using fresh ingredients bought daily. In this spirit, we are proud to make our pastas, desserts and mozzarella with TLC every day in our own kitchen. Our mozzarella di bufalo and cerignola olives are flown in from Naples every Wednesday - because there are some things which just cannot be recreated anywhere!
