LAND YOGA: 2 WEEKS - UNLIMITED YOGA ( ADULTS )

Land Yoga is located at 2116 Frederick Douglass blvd just north of west 114th street.  We offer traditional Ashtanga style yoga practice in two methods and is geared toward both the novice and experienced practitioner (and everyone in between).  Anyone can learn and benefit from yoga, no matter what age or flexibility level.  Land Yoga offers a balance of challenge and relaxation, depending on the need of the individual student.  Don’t be afraid!  Come on in and observe what it feels like to finally Land.
