This is a Zumba card which is good for 12 Zumba Fitness classes at Forrest Meadows. Classes are available 5 days a week. What a fun way to burn a TON of calories!

ZumbaJunkie.com is located in Tallahassee, FL and was founded and initiated by Sue and Howell "Tuck" Tucker, two Zumba Instructors who wanted to bring theinternational craze of "Zumba" to the community of Tallahassee. 

Sue, along with several other Zumba Instructors, work together in sharing the duties of fitness instruction by inspiring energy and enthusiasm to their students. As Instructors, they teach their students the basic fundamentals of Zumba through the art of exercise and fitness by combining different types of songs and a variety of dance styles in its routines which includes Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Tango, BellyDance, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, Calypso and Hip Hop.  Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow.
