For those of you not familiar with the Mongolian stir fry concept, you're really missing a treat. You are given a bowl to fill with meat(s), veggies, spices and sauce. Proceeding to the counter, you select a base of rice or noodles, etc. A cook then grills your selections together on a ginormous open grill at extremely high heat. You receive your food piping hot in a short time. It ROCKS!
