Self-defense training builds self-confidence, self-discipline and physical fitness.  Take advantage of this month of twice-weekly lessons in a small group setting at the Shaolin Kenpo Karate studio on Monterey Boulevard in San Francisco.  Children are taught practical self-defense techniques with special emphasis on personal safety.
