Please join us Friday May 11th, what better way to unwind after a hard week, for an evening of steamed (hot) buns filled with braised pork belly, duck confit, and fried tofu - if you've ever visited the Chairman Bao truck you'll know what we mean. 

In addition we'll have a selection of raw/cured fish from different parts of the world - think Italian crudo, Peruvian ceviche, and Scandinavian style lox.  All of the above to washed down with a selection of beverages.  Good times are guaranteed.
