Description
10 Week Fitness Challenge at Metrowest Academy of Jui Jitsu. This is a dynamic workout program that combines resistance training, toning exercises and cardio intervals. The program involves fitness evaluations to help track your progress. It is a 5 day per week program with 50 minute classes designed to improve flexibility, strength, muscle tone and definition as well as decrease weight and body fat.
