Big Fork Bacon Sausage comes in two forms:  raw & fully cooked. These artisan hand-crafted sausages are made in Chicago, in small batches, sourcing hogs raised in the Midwest only.  Locally raised & locally produced.  Using Niman Ranch nitrate-free bacon from heritage hogs.

The raw version contains only 7 ingredients, all of them all-natural, without any water, preservatives, hormones, or antibiotics added, just pure ingredients like sea salt and brown sugar. Bulk packed in a 10 lb. case or in 1 lb. sealed packages, this sausage is held frozen for maximum freshness. The fully cooked version contains a whopping 6 ingredients, all of them all-natural, without any water, preservatives, hormones, or antibiotics added, just pure ingredients like sea salt and brown sugar.  Using 100% Niman Ranch hogs, this all-pork sausage cannot be any more clean and pure.   Big Fork Bacon Sausage fully cooked is slightly smaller, a naturally encased 5:1, that’s naturally smoked with hickory hard wood for 20 minutes.  Sealed in 12 oz. vacuum packages (4-links per package).  Designed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner; perfect for retail or national food-service chain accounts; this sausage ships frozen and once thawed; and has a shelf life of 3 weeks if unopened.
