Big Fork Bacon Sausage comes in two forms: raw & fully cooked. These artisan hand-crafted sausages are made in Chicago, in small batches, sourcing hogs raised in the Midwest only. Locally raised & locally produced. Using Niman Ranch nitrate-free bacon from heritage hogs.
The raw version contains only 7 ingredients, all of them all-natural, without any water, preservatives, hormones, or antibiotics added, just pure ingredients like sea salt and brown sugar. Bulk packed in a 10 lb. case or in 1 lb. sealed packages, this sausage is held frozen for maximum freshness. Designed for breakfast, lunch or dinner, Big Fork Bacon Sausage is a 4:1 (four links/lb.), naturally encased sausage that pairs well with anything bacon friendly like BLT’s, Cheddar & a Fried Egg, and Bacon Sausage Carbonara. Designed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner; perfect for retail or national food-service chain accounts; this sausage ships frozen and once thawed; and has a shelf life of 3 weeks if unopened.
