This is a hand painted side chair made by using Annie Sloan Chalk paint to obtain a Modern Vintage look on furniture where the paintwork shows a patina of history.  The colours have been inspired by European 18th century furniture and 20th century paintwork and have been made bright and rich, and darkened with wax.
