Description

What is Central California's most sold out winery? No, not that one... or that one.  It is Booker Vineyards in Paso Robles, where Eric Jensen, as unlikely a winemaker as you will meet, turns out rich expressive wines that make the most of Paso's similarity to the Southern Rhone. This dinner pairing consists of his most food friendly (and most highly rated) offerings. The 2006 My Favorite Neighbor is a Rhone/Bourdeaux blend only made in certain years and the 2007 Alchemist is the same with more of Booker's trademark Syrah in the mix. The creatively named "White" is from the 2009 vintage and is a blend of Roussanne and Viognier that you will find unique and hard to sip slowly...
