Description

Ok, so the wine committee is a bit biased, but this is certainly an unparalleled combination of France's best regions and their respective varietals. This pairing combines the elegant complexity of White Burgundy with the robust flavor and terroir of the Rhone. These bottles come from the best vintners and from the best vintages in each of those regions. The specific wines include one of the best bottles of Chauteauneuf des Pape ever from Clos des Papes (#2 wine of that year - 2003) in Magnum format with a "backup" bottle of the 2005 CdP from Beaucastel. You'll start with two exceptional bottles of White Burgundy, a Chateau Fontaine-Gegnard 2005 Montrachet and a Deux Montille 2005 Puligny-Montrachet.

Special Instructions

This lot contains 3 (three) 750ml bottles and 1 (one) 1500ml bottle.
