Venture to the wild side...  Your hosts will take you on a delicious adventure prepared by chef Dieter Gloeckler.  You'll be stepping into the comforts of the lush Baldwin Lodge where rustic meets elegance, where outdoors is in, where nectar flows.  Fine wines will be paired with every morsel for five fortunate couples. 

Dieter was trained in Europe, served as executive chef at Traube Tombach (the Black Forest, Germany restaurant that earned three Michelin stars), was sous chef at the Dorchester in London, and was "chef to the stars" in Los Angeles for the likes of Johnny Carson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bob Newhart, and Barbara Walter.
