Experience America's World Cup Series in VIP style.  Eight lucky individuals will kick off their late morning sitting down with Roland Van der Meer and an America's World Cup expert to discuss the intricacies of the race and the new boat designs.  The AC45 was designed by the ORACLE Racing design and engineering team, which developed the catamaran on behalf of the America's Cup community.   A high-tech, grand prix race boat, the AC45 is powered by a wing that towers over 20 meters above the deck and, while capable of closing speeds of over 30 knots, the AC45 was designed to remain nimble enough to handle the tight race courses planned by America's Cup Race Management. The challenge was in designing a boat that would not only meet the racing and performance criteria, but could also fit inside a 40-foot container.

Following the speaker, your guests will enjoy a sumptuous lunch on the deck overlooking the Bay at the Van der Meer home in Belvedere.   After a leisurely lunch, get your suits on to enjoy some paddle boarding before you jump into your 28' Protector with Roland at the helm to get as up close and personal as possible with the America's Cup competitors as they warm up and commence the race!  Rest assured that your boat will have protection from the elements while you are speeding at 35 to 50 mph to see some of the racing up close.  Do not miss out on this incredible opportunity!
