Restaurant Christine opened its doors to the community fifteen years ago, serving a menu combining Chef Christine Brown's studies of traditional French method with her love for lively recipes of the Mediterranean and the Far East. Chef Christine, owner of Restaurant Christine, and General Manager Claudia Molera strive to create not just a restaurant but a warm and welcoming dining experience. Customers often dine with Chef Christine two or three times a week, enjoying something new with each visit. Fresh and exciting appetizers tease the palate into anticipation of delectable entrees, a feast for the eyes as well as for the mouth. Desserts are seasonal and fun, mixing comforting favorites with new and different sweets.
