Launch! Personal Coaching for Nutrition Package includes Two 1/2 hour sessions via phone/Skype or live (based on location) and unlimited emails with our certified health coach.  The initial session will be focused on assessing your goals and challenges and creating an action plan specific to meeting your objectives.  The second session will be health education and holding you accountable to reach your nutrition goals.
